Individual therapy

Psychotherapy is a process based on talking. Its' aim is to treat mental difficulties by better understanding of the inner world. This results in reduction of subjective suffering and allows one to feel relief. It is worth knowing that psychotherapy requires the engagement of both parties and reflection on one's own experiences.

Perinatal psychotherapy

Perinatal psychotherapy focuses on psychological support for women and their relatives during pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. It focuses on the emotions associated with motherhood, the life changes that accompany it, as well as the relationship and bond with the child.

Group Analysis

Group psychotherapy is a form of treatment that takes place in a small group of people during regular weekly sessions. The uniqueness of the group, which is a natural human environment, provides an opportunity to restore problematic reactions and repair ineffective ways of functioning in relationships.

Counselltation

Conseltations are usually 2 - 4 initial meetings aimed to determine the nature of the problems contributing to suffering and find the appropriate form of assistance. Those who benefit from consultations have the opportunity to see and feel what psychotherapeutic work is all about.

Support group

A support group is a form of assistance dedicated to people in a similar, often crisis situation in life. Regular meetings in the group allow you to work through difficult emotions together and gain support by broadening your perspective.
